The Wellington & Nelson Action Group is a residents' group opposing a planning application in their local area. They needed a practical way to help residents submit formal planning objections without requiring technical knowledge or familiarity with the council's planning portal.
BITB was asked to build and host an objection generator page the group could distribute via QR codes on leaflets, door drops and community notice boards, giving residents a fast route from concern to submitted objection.
